We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Essential Responsibilities and Duties, Relationships and Authority, Working Environment and Physical Demands, Qualifications, Preferred, etc. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We have Salary: Grade 6 ($15.65-$24.94). That's pay info. So we can include a Pay section with that. Also we have Location: Open (maybe remote? but it's "Open" maybe meaning open location?). Not specific. Could be omitted? It's minor metadata; we can fold into a short

. Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt. Classification: Full-time. Those are metadata; we can include in a short paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (qualifications), maybe Skills (computer proficiency, communication, driver's license), Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay (salary). Schedule? Not mentioned (full-time implies schedule but not specific hours). We shouldn't create Schedule unless stated. So we omit Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: summary, responsibilities, relationships and authority, working environment, qualifications, preferred qualifications, PHS Category details (maybe not needed?), risk exposure, annual credentialing, IT privilege, preference for tribe members, at-will employer, tribal council approval date. We need to decide which sections to include. Could have About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Working Environment (maybe combine with Relationships and Authority?), Qualifications (minimum and preferred), Skills (computer proficiency, communication, driver's license), Pay (salary), maybe Additional Info (metadata). But we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine some. We need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list should be
        . Qualifications list also
. Skills maybe also list. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

          About the role

          Summary paragraph...

          Responsibilities

          • ...
          • ...

          Working environment and physical demands

... (including physical requirements, working conditions)

          Qualifications

          Minimum:

          • ...
          • ...

          Preferred:

          • ...
          • ...
Maybe also include Skills as part of qualifications; but we can embed. Pay section:

          Pay

          Grade 6 ($15.65‑$24.94)

Metadata: location, classification, exempt status, tribal council approval, at-will employer, preference for tribe members, etc. Could be a short paragraph under a heading like "Additional information". But we need to avoid creating a section with filler. If we have substantive info, we can include a section like "Details". But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine metadata into a

after Pay section without a heading? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid having paragraphs without headings, but likely they expect sections with headings. However we can include a short

without heading for metadata? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can fold minor metadata into a short

(no heading). So we can have a paragraph after Pay section containing location, classification, exempt status, tribal council approval, at-will employer, preference for tribe members. Thus final HTML:

          About the role

The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is a federally recognized Tribe with its ancestral homeland located in Niobrara, NE. The Tribe does not have a reservation in the classic definition; rather, the Ponca Restoration Act defined its jurisdiction as a ‘Service Delivery Area’ comprised of 15 counties throughout parts of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. Within its Service Delivery Area, the Tribe offers a broad range of health, social, educational, and cultural services. The Youth and Family Support Navigator uses lived experience as the primary caregiver of a child, youth, or young adult with a serious emotional disturbance (SED) to guide families through the behavioral health system. This position leads family engagement efforts, provides peer support, and partners with staff to implement the system of care. In addition, this role facilitates youth groups, family engagement activities, cultural and wellness activities, and provides 1:1 youth mentorship.

          Responsibilities

          • Provide peer support to families of children, youth, or young adults with SED based on lived experience as a primary caregiver.
          • Partner with behavioral health staff to implement system‑of‑care principles throughout programs.
          • Facilitate youth group activities focused on wellness, leadership, culture, and skill‑building.
          • Facilitate youth and family group activities, including cultural, educational, and community events.
          • Provide 1:1 youth mentorship to support life skills, self‑advocacy, and system navigation.
          • Advocate for family‑driven, culturally responsive services and support family engagement in treatment planning.
          • Organize outreach activities and build partnerships to strengthen youth and family involvement.
          • Maintain required documentation in APRIMA or other assigned systems.
          • Travel within the Tribal Service Delivery Area as required.
          • Other duties, as assigned.

          Working environment and physical demands

Physical requirements include carrying/lifting up to 5 pounds, frequently; up to 10 pounds, regularly; and up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to drive an automobile and operate computer keyboard and basic office equipment; subject to carrying, lifting, twisting and reaching to perform essential job functions. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment with occasional travel to other locations. At times staff may be required to work with patients/clients who are in crisis and demonstrate empathy, understanding, respect, and advocacy while remaining calm in stressful situations.

          Qualifications

          Minimum:

          • Lived experience as the primary caregiver of a child, youth, or young adult with a serious emotional disturbance (SED).
          • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
          • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
          • Valid driver’s license and be insurable.
          • Successfully pass drug and alcohol testing, motor vehicle, education, character, and criminal background checks.
          • Able and willing to travel.

          Preferred:

          • Two years of experience in providing individual, family, and group counseling.
          • One year experience working with Native Americans or Native American organizations.
          • Knowledge and understanding of Public Law 93-638 Indian Self-Determination Act.

          Pay

          Grade 6 ($15.65‑$24.94)

Location: Open. Classification: Full-time. Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt. Tribal Council Approval: 09/08/2026. The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is an at-will employer. Preference will be given to Ponca Tribe of Nebraska members or members of a federally recognized tribe; however, all qualified individuals are eligible.

Check that we didn't include any boilerplate. We removed Relationships and Authority, PHS Category, Risk Exposure, Annual Credentialing, IT Privilege, etc. Are those substantive? They are details about the position. Should we preserve all substantive information. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include those details too. They are substantive: PHS Category: Designation: Specify: Risk Exposure Level Low/Moderate/High Moderate Annual Credentialing Yes/No Yes IT Privilege Aprima/Dentrix/ScriptPro/Other APRIMA. We need to include them. Where to put? Could be under a section like "Additional details" or incorporate into Qualifications or Working environment? They are not exactly qualifications but more about job classification. Could create a section "Position details". But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can add a paragraph after Pay that includes those details. The instruction says we can fold minor metadata into a short

. Are these minor? They are specifics about the role: PHS Category, Risk Exposure, Annual Credentialing, IT Privilege. Might be considered metadata but still substantive. We'll include them in a paragraph. Thus final paragraph after Pay will include location, classification, exempt status, tribal council approval, at-will employer, preference, plus PHS Category, Risk Exposure, Annual Credentialing, IT Privilege. Let's craft that paragraph:

Location: Open. Classification: Full-time. Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt. Tribal Council Approval: 09/08/2026. The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is an at-will employer. Preference will be given to Ponca Tribe of Nebraska members or members of a federally recognized tribe; however, all qualified individuals are eligible. PHS Category: Designation: Specify: Risk Exposure Level Moderate. Annual Credentialing: Yes. IT Privilege: APRIMA.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any other substantive info: "Relationships and Authority: This position has no supervisory relationship." That's also substantive. Could add to that paragraph as well. Add: "Relationships and Authority: This position has no supervisory relationship." Thus final paragraph includes all. Now check we didn't create any empty sections. All headings have content. We used

for About the role, Responsibilities, Working environment and physical demands, Qualifications, Pay. Good. We used
          • for lists. We used

for prose. We didn't repeat job title. We didn't include Job ID. We omitted Benefits,
