Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to members seeking counseling services.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the counseling program.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a mental health setting.
- Licensed therapist certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with counseling software is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
