  • Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
    • At least one year of relevant work experience in a mental health setting.
    • Licensed therapist certification preferred but not required.
  • Qualifications

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with counseling software is a plus.
