Career Summary
Hope Fellowship is seeking a Youth & Young Adults Pastor to lead a growing ministry for Middle School, High School, and post-High School young adults.
Responsibilities
- Cast and execute a compelling vision for student and young adult ministry
- Lead weekly gatherings that reach, connect, and grow students
- Recruit, equip, and shepherd a team of volunteers
- Mentor students and train student leaders
- Partner with parents and communicate clearly
- Oversee curriculum, events, retreats, mission trips, and ministry budgets
- Build a culture of service, outreach, and spiritual growth
Requirements
- A devoted follower of Jesus with biblical character
- A shepherd at heart who loves students and families
- A strong communicator with humor, warmth, and people skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Able to embrace West Coast/Seattle culture
- A servant-leader who works well with others
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; seminary preferred
Benefits
