Job Summary
Eliot is seeking a Youth Advocate Coordinator for its Juvenile Justice residential program. The position oversees and coordinates staff and youth in a highly structured, self-contained environment, focusing on comprehensive interventions and promoting a supportive program environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth
- Serve as supervisor for direct care staff, ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met
- Ensure safety and security, including conducting security checks
- Aid in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
- Foster teamwork among staff and youth, promoting a supportive environment
- Help youth identify and pursue personal goals and interests
- Lead and assign daily group activities
- Act as an advocate and role model for youth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- At least two years of experience working with the juvenile justice population
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Supervisory experience is preferred

Schedule
Shifts available: 7am-3pm, Sunday-Thursday (Friday/ Saturday off); 11pm-7am, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off); 11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday (Friday/ Saturday off)
Pay
$23.01 - $23.01 USD per hour
