Duties & Responsibilities
- Have a valid Social Security number and be a legal resident or U.S. citizen to be paid.
- Have working papers if under the age of 18.
- Work up to 20 hours per week, with hours determined on an individual basis.
- Be paid $17.00 per hour.
- Attend all scheduled classes and mandatory WBL seminars on Mondays at 3 PM.
- Maintain an 85% attendance and 80% GPA to remain in the WBL program.
- Be responsible and arrive on time each day scheduled to work.
- Contact the Assistant Director of WBL (Ms. Dahlia) and Worksite Mentor 2 hours before scheduled start time if absent.
- Show honesty, punctuality, a positive attitude, proper dress, and a willingness to learn.
- Work with the Assistant Director of WBL (Ms. Dahlia) and the Worksite Mentor to achieve career learning goals.
- Participate in weekly WBL seminars and complete all assignments.
- Ask the Worksite Mentor if assignments are unclear.
- Discuss challenges with the Assistant Director of WBL (Ms. Dahlia) and Worksite Mentor.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow all workplace rules and regulations.
- Hand in written timesheets and complete Ceridian Dayforce timecards with approval every two weeks.
- Falsifying work hours will result in immediate termination and potential legal consequences.
