Responsibilities

• Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and grow professionally
• Hold a Diploma of Building Design (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1-year experience working as a Building Designer on residential projects
• Proficiency in Archicad is essential
• Strong construction knowledge, understanding of building regulations, DCP & LEP planning schemes

Requirements

• Live in Newcastle or Port Stephens
