Responsibilities

• Design custom closets, home offices, garages, pantries and other storage solutions built to each client’s exact specifications.
• Meet with clients in their homes to read the space, listen to needs, and present a compelling vision.
• Develop product knowledge through training and apply design instincts to recommend solutions.
• Host approximately four appointments per week in clients’ homes across Houston.
• Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline using the provided CRM software.
• Convert appointments into sales by presenting solutions at a price point clients are comfortable proceeding with.
• Leverage company‑generated, scheduled leads — no cold calling or door knocking required.

Requirements

• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related spatial field.
• Growth mindset and willingness to engage in ongoing training.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to host four appointments per week, with flexibility for evenings and Saturdays.
• Willingness to work throughout the Houston metro area.

Pay

• Compensation is 100% commission with no earnings ceiling.
