The Creative Designer works closely with the Creative Director, Producers, and the Writing team to design and execute marketing materials specifically for [Insert Country]. The role requires a passion for creativity, strong design skills, and the ability to uphold brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Art Director to design, adapt, and validate localized marketing materials based on World Wide (WW) guidance for Brazil.
- Ensure global brand consistency by learning and upholding the client’s quality standards.
- Participate in the creative development process and implement feedback and direction on work.
- Communicate effectively with other creative staff members, vendors, and freelancers to drive towards common goals and embrace collaboration.
- Manage assigned projects efficiently, working under tight deadlines to find quick and effective resolutions to design challenges.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in the design field and/or at least 5 years of experience in a Designer role, preferably within advertising, design agencies, or in-house creative teams.
- Strong knowledge and skill in using design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience working with large, international brands and a demonstrable track record of working with both print and digital media.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Ability to work under pressure and within short time frames.
