Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Homemakers, Personal Care assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide quality care to seniors in the Pelham, Massachusetts area.
About the role
Join us and make a real difference in the lives of seniors while helping them remain safe and independent at home. Weekend shifts are available with 8 to 12-hour shifts during daytime and overnight positions.
Pay
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days (must work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during the first 90 days).

Responsibilities
Caregivers provide personalized support based on each client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care assistance
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation and errands when needed
Requirements
We are looking for caregivers who are:
- Compassionate and patient
- Dependable and responsible
- Professional and respectful
- HHA or CNA certified when applicable
- Able to provide reliable transportation
