MPA (formerly MyPlanAdvocate) is a fast-growing Medicare distribution platform serving licensed professionals, agencies, and beneficiaries nationwide. As a Seasonal CARES Representative, you'll be on the front line of that mission — contacting members by phone to complete Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and help them activate the benefits available under their plan.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term seasonal assignment running October 1 – December 8, 2026, roughly 28 hours per week, fully remote. Representatives who complete the season are eligible for a $1,000 completion bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) with members by phone, following the approved script and question set.
  • Walk members through benefit activation questions, following the approved script and question set.
  • Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls from a scheduled queue throughout the assignment.
  • Accurately document every member interaction and assessment response in the designated system in real time.
  • Follow all call handling, quality, privacy, and compliance guidelines, including HIPAA and CMS rules.
  • Escalate member questions, complaints, or issues outside the scope of the role to a supervisor promptly.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality expectations set by your supervisor.
  • Attend all required paid training sessions and team huddles.

Schedule

  • Schedules are assigned in advance and may include evenings and weekends; availability across the full window is preferred.
  • Hours may extend beyond the standard window during the final days of the season to meet end-of-season deadlines.
  • Reliable, consistent attendance for the entire assignment period is essential — and tied to bonus eligibility.

Season Completion Bonus

A one-time $1,000 bonus is payable at the end of the season to representatives who meet all of the following:

  • Full term: Remain actively employed and work the entire assignment period through December 8, 2026.
  • Attendance: No more than two (2) absences for the duration of the assignment.
  • Equipment: Return all company-issued equipment in good working condition by the required deadline.

Representatives who separate early, exceed the attendance limit, or fail to return equipment are not eligible for the bonus.

Qualifications

  • Prior call center, customer service, healthcare, or insurance experience preferred but not required.
  • Clear, professional phone communication skills and strong active listening.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications while speaking with a member.
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail.

  • Ability to pass a background check as required.

Remote Work Requirements

  • A quiet, private, distraction-free workspace suitable for discussing protected health information.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to receive, secure, and return company-issued equipment; equipment must be returned at the end of the assignment.
  • Availability to attend all training and scheduled shifts on camera or by phone as required.

Pay

$16.00 per hour, paid on the standard weekly payroll cycle, plus a $1,000 season completion bonus for eligible representatives.
