We'll extract each duty as separate
- . Ensure we keep the text exactly as given (maybe minor punctuation). We'll not omit.

We'll keep as paragraph(s) maybe combine into one
. Required Education and Experience: "Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GEDThree years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceThree years supervisory experience Preferred Bachelor's DegreeExperience in the Yoga Industry200-hour Yoga Alliance CertificateRTP knowledge and experienceMindbody knowledge and experience A Motor Vehicle Record review may be required as part of your job." We need to preserve the text exactly but maybe add spaces for readability. We'll keep as paragraph. Skills section: Competencies And Job Requirements list: - Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. - Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact with others - Working knowledge of computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) - Proven leadership abilities working in a team environment, ability to develop people. - Self-motivated, guest oriented, works well under pressure - Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write routine reports and correspondence. - Knowledge of trends in the industry and adapting to our customer base. - Flexibility to work hours determined by business levels and needs of retail outlets, under the direction of the Retail Operations Senior Manager. This may include holidays, weekends, and early morning or late evening work. Note: The last bullet about flexibility also appears in schedule; but we can keep it under Skills as it's a competency. However schedule section will also cover flexibility. Might duplicate but okay. But we might move flexibility to Schedule section to avoid duplication. However the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; we can include it in both sections but that's duplication. Better to put it only in Schedule section, and remove from Skills. However the Skills list includes that line; we could keep it but note it's also schedule. The instruction says do not invent or summarize away detail; but we can omit duplication? It says preserve ALL substantive information; does that mean we cannot omit any info? If we omit the flexibility line from Skills, we still have it in Schedule, so the info is preserved somewhere. That's acceptable. Thus Skills section will have the other competencies (excluding the flexibility line). We'll list them. Now Benefits section: list each benefit as
- . Benefits list: - Free skiing + riding privileges to 17 iconic resorts including Palisades Tahoe, Mammoth Mountain, Steamboat, Solitude and more! - Healthcare options for both Seasonal & Year-Round employees - Generous discounts on outdoor gear, apparel, etc. - 401(k) plan with generous company match - Free and discounted lift tickets - 25%-50% discount at Food & Beverage locations at Palisades & Alpine - 40% discount at Palisades Tahoe operated retail stores, including The North Face, Patagonia, Oakley, and more! - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Now Pay section: Base hourly pay range: $22.96 - $32.14 per hour. Also note that actual pay may vary etc. We'll include that as paragraph. Schedule section: Flexibility to work hours determined by business levels and needs of retail outlets, under the direction of the Retail Operations Senior Manager. This may include holidays, weekends, and early morning or late evening work. Also maybe mention "Hourly" earlier? The posting says "Hourly The base hourly pay range...". Could include that it's hourly position. We'll include in Pay section maybe. Now About the role: Job Summary: "Responsible for maximum performance results in three areas: managing employees, customer satisfaction and financial performance. Ensures the successful operation and growth of the studio." Also the introductory line "Year Round Palisades Tahoe We share the spirit of these legendary mountains with the world." We'll include that as part of About the role paragraph. Thus
