Join the HealthFitness team as an on-call Yoga Instructor at our dynamic corporate fitness center in Kingsport, Tennessee! In this flexible role, you'll lead engaging and inclusive yoga classes that inspire participants of all experience levels to improve their physical and mental well-being. You'll create a positive, energizing atmosphere while delivering safe, effective instruction that helps members build confidence, reduce stress, and achieve their wellness goals. Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and inclusive yoga classes for participants of all experience levels.
- Create a positive, energizing atmosphere while delivering safe, effective instruction.
- Help members build confidence, reduce stress, and achieve wellness goals.
- Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Requirements
- HealthFitness approved 200HR+ Yoga certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $25/hr - $30/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
Schedule
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM
