YMCA LIFESTYLE COACH

YMCA of Southeastern NC · Wilmington, NC · 1 mo ago

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the description includes POSITION SUMMARY, About the program, Essential Functions, Our Culture, YMCA PART-TIME BENEFITS OVERVIEW, YMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader), Requirements, QUALIFICATIONS, Travel..., Physical Requirements, Ymca Safety Requirements, Reasonable Accommodation Statement, Job Title etc. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We must include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc? That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "Reasonable Accommodation Statement"? Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of posting; but it's about accommodation. Might be considered legal boilerplate; but it's specific to ADA. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Reasonable Accommodation Statement is legal/ADA; likely remove. Also remove "YMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader)"? That's a section; we can keep if substantive. It lists competencies; we can keep as a section maybe "Competencies". But headings must be from the list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content to those headings. Use only those headings. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - POSITION SUMMARY: could be About the role. - About the program: maybe part of About the role or Responsibilities. - Essential Functions: Responsibilities. - Our Culture: maybe Skills? Not exactly. Could be About the role? But we have limited headings. Could include "About the role" covering position summary, program, culture. - YMCA PART-TIME BENEFITS OVERVIEW: Benefits. - YMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader): Skills or Qualifications? Could be Skills. - Requirements: we have Requirements section (general). Could be Requirements. - QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications. - Physical Requirements: maybe Requirements? Could be part of Requirements. - Ymca Safety Requirements: maybe Requirements or Skills? Could be part of Requirements. - Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour => Pay section. - Job Type: Part Time => Schedule? Actually Schedule could be part-time. But we have Schedule heading; we can put "Part Time" there. - Funding info: grant period ending Aug 31, 2027; could be About the role? Might be included as note. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay rate, so Pay section is valid. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like bullet points from Essential Functions, etc. We need to decide how to structure. Potential sections: - About the role (h3) containing position summary, about the program, our culture, funding note. - Responsibilities (h3) containing Essential Functions bullet list. - Requirements (h3) containing general Requirements bullet list (travel, arrive on time, etc.) plus Physical Requirements and Safety Requirements maybe as sub-bullets? But we need to keep as list items. - Qualifications (h3) containing QUALIFICATIONS bullet list. - Skills (h3) containing YMCA COMPETENCIES (Leader) bullet list. - Benefits (h3) containing YMCA PART-TIME BENEFITS OVERVIEW bullet list. - Pay (h3) containing pay rate. - Schedule (h3) containing job type (Part Time) maybe also schedule details? Not given. We must not include sections that are empty or placeholder. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Equal Opportunity Employer, Reasonable Accommodation Statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to ensure we keep all substantive info: like "Commitment to the YMCA’s mission and to supporting people working toward better health." etc. Let's extract content. but not as heading. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can include it in a paragraph if we want, but not required. Probably we can omit it. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Equal Opportunity Employer, Reasonable Accommodation Statement. Also remove "The YMCA of Southeastern NC does not discriminate..." etc. Also remove "The Y: We’re for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility." That's also boilerplate? It's a tagline. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This tagline is not EEO; it's about mission. Could
