Yearlong Product Intern, Senior Care

This position is a full-time, 1-year internship supporting our Senior Care product team. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of product management, data analysis, and B2B client operations. The role is ideal for fresh graduates, graduate students, or early-career professionals (up to 1 year of experience) aspiring to build a career in digital product management.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B client onboarding and portfolio maintenance by updating profiles, organizing media assets (photos/videos/content), and responding promptly to inbound account inquiries.
• Assist product managers with annual Senior Care category launch plans, ticket management in Jira, and day-to-day project tracking.
• Conduct data audits, data mapping, and dashboard uploads across Google Analytics, Airtable, and internal platforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile concise reports to identify areas for product and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, product, and business operations to optimize site categories.
• Utilize tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, MS Office, and Google Analytics to maintain project documentation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex datasets and derive clear, actionable takeaways.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver data findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with equal comfort working independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background or professional interest in Senior Care, Healthcare, or Public Health sectors.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Prior experience with project management platforms like Jira or Airtable.

Pay

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18.40 an hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 1-year internship. Strong preference for New York or Washington, DC based applicants to work a hybrid schedule in those office locations.
