Yardperson - 2nd Shift

High Concrete is the nation’s largest producer of precast concrete parking structures and a leader in architectural and structural wall panels. With more than 75 years of experience and nearly five decades as a precast leader, the company serves architects, engineers, and builders on projects ranging from stadiums and schools to warehouses and cultural landmarks. The position is located in Denver, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hooking up products for loading and unloading.
• Set blocks and evaluate pieces with wood blocks.
• Lift up to 50 lb.
• Use hand signals to escort equipment operators for setting, lifting, or maneuvering production pieces during loading/unloading.
• Operate electronic hand‑held scanners for verification of production pieces during storage.
• Gather, at the start of the shift, shims, steel blocks, homosote, rack pins, and wood blocking used for the day’s production.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors year‑round.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Certified equipment operator a plus; travel lift and/or tow motor a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Pay

Positions start at $21.00 per hour. A shift differential of $3.00 per hour is paid for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am.

Schedule

2nd Shift – 3:00 PM start time, Sunday through Thursday.
