As a Yard Jockey with CDL A, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering clean, high-quality textiles and garments to businesses across the Midwest. Your work directly supports our customers, your teammates, and Wildman’s mission to wildly change lives by empowering people to flourish. Essential Functions Moving empty depot trailers for loading of clean product dailyTransport FAS trailer for direct sale paper products from FAS to WUL for unloading dailyDock and load Spirit trailer with outgoing barrels daily (unloading clean barrels weekly)Unload first depot shuttle of soiled product upon arrival dailyKeep truck clean and notify Fleet Managers of any truck issues.Utilized ergonomic work practicesParticipate in safety meetings, use safe driving practices as measured by Samsara, wear appropriate PPE, and complete OSHA TrainingKnow and follow any timely reporting procedures and escalations should an incident occur.Understanding delivery processes for each depotMaintain flexibility in schedule to cover all shiftsConduct yourself at all times and in all business interactions consistently with Wildman Core Values Requirements Qualifications 3 - 5+ years’ experience of CDL Class A in good standingDriver DOT regulation knowledge and administration experience requiredMust be able to pass DOT physical and meet the minimum physical requirements to perform the essential functions of the roleMust be able to accommodate flexible daily start and end times for route coverage PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIRMENTS Requires maximum physical effort; required to sit for extended periods.Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, lift, push and walk.Must be able to drive a truck/semi.Maximum unassisted lift = 50 lbs.Ability to read, enter and use efficiently a hand-held computer.Ability to use telephone to communicate with internal support personnel.
