Yard Jockey Class A Driver - 3rd Graveyard Shift
About the role
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Class A Yard Jockey to maneuver large trucks across the Baltimore Plant, load and unload trailers, and support warehouse operations at 1811 Portal St, Baltimore, MD 21224.
Responsibilities
- Move trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck
- Position trailers accurately for efficient loading and unloading
- Load and unload trailers in support of warehouse operations
- Perform daily safety inspections on yard trucks and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
- Communicate with yard and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations
- Safely operate straight trucks and tractor trailers (26’–53’)
- Heavy lifting required
Requirements
- Class A license with a clean driving record and valid DOT medical card
- Minimum 3 years experience operating straight truck/tractor trailer up to 53ft
- Passing our 7-year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
- Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
- Proven longevity in past employment
- Touch freight experience

Pay
Competitive, non-negotiable set rate of $31.00 per hour.
Schedule
Consistent work hours: Monday–Friday, 3rd shift (5PM to 5AM), 40–50 hours per week.
