Yard Jockey

Responsibilities

• Move vans from Yard to Fulfillment center
• Clean inside and outside of vans
• Perform inspection of vehicles both before, and after, operation
• Read work orders and determine work assignments to identify appropriate equipment needs
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Ensure the yard is clean and organized
• Auxiliary assistance to Delivery Drivers as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or similar field preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Benefits

• Paid weekly
• $24 - $25 hourly wage

Schedule

• 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am

Pay

• $24 - $25 / Hourly
