Monday - Friday
Hours: 3:00 pm - until Finished
Pay: 19.90/Hr. plus 2.00 shift differential
Responsibilities
- Operate trucks and move trailers in and out of loading areas
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
- Continuously move trailers in and out of loading docks
- Inspect and notify supervisor of any mechanical issues
- Fuel tractor and trailers as needed
- Weigh loads at the scale house while empty and full
- Monitor and change out offal trailers as needed
Requirements
- Three months of accumulative operator experience
- Current driver license (cannot be suspended)
- No DUI/DWI conviction within the last 12 months
- Able to communicate on two-way radios with dispatchers/management and other shipping personnel
- Willingness to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach are required
- Basic math skills including understanding weights
- Basic computer skills to operate computerized scale
