As a Yard Coordinator, you will work outdoors operating a 50‑ton mobile gantry crane and a 32,000‑lb forklift, stocking transformers, loading/unloading flatbed trailers, coordinating with logistics, performing yard maintenance, and conducting equipment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Stock transformers in the storage yard in an efficient and orderly manner
• Load and unload flatbed trailers
• Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to properly record shipment information
• Perform yard maintenance (cleanup of oil spills, dragging the yard, picking up trash, etc.)
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections of the forklifts and mobile gantry crane

Schedule

This position works 40‑45 hours per week on a 4‑day‑a‑week schedule. All daytime shift: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some additional paid overtime is available and occasionally mandatory during peak seasons.

Pay

Compensation includes wages plus bonus. Annual range: $56,000 – $73,000 USD. The comprehensive full‑time benefits package averages $20,000+ per year (amount varies based on age, family size, and eligibility).
