Our team manufactures 160+ standard trailer models, covering cargo, personal watercraft (PWC), horse and livestock, car haulers, snowmobile, landscape and utility, ATV, and motorcycle trailers. We customize solutions, ensuring dealers receive open and enclosed models tailored to their customers' needs. Responsibilities

• Load finished trailers and parts for scheduled shipments.
• Operate forklift, yard tractor, and material handling equipment in and around the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard.
• Utilize loading straps, wood, and dunnage to properly secure loads.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work with the Shipping Yard Lead to provide proper load documentation to each driver.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on yard equipment, including tractors, lift trucks, and fall protection systems.
• Review freight orders to identify potential issues and avoid shipping delays.
• Load and unload shipments, pallets, and other materials as required.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous hands-on experience with tractors, vehicles, forklifts, and boom lifts preferred.
• Previous experience with a variety of power tools preferred.
• Previous rigging experience desired.
• Advanced rigging and load securement skills.
• Ability to balance and achieve positive results in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with crew and outside drivers.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Standing – up to 90% of the shift.
• Walking – up to 90% of the shift.
• Pushing and pulling – up to 100 pounds frequently.
• Lifting – approximately 55% of the shift:
  • 25 pounds constantly.
  • 75 pounds frequently.
• Bending – up to 50 times/day.
• Climbing – up to 20 times/day.
• Crouching – up to 30% of the shift.
• Kneeling – up to 50% of the shift.
• Sight with ability to distinguish color.
• Driving seated – up to 50% of the shift.
• Exposure to moderate, steady, and fairly loud noises (below 85db).
• Exposure to slippery work surfaces, dust, dirt, and shavings.
• Exposure to extreme weather – position is 100% outside.
• Above-average endurance required.
