Yard Associate

Job Description Summary

The Yard Associate at Sunbelt Rentals is responsible for:

• Stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property.
• Maintaining a written maintenance schedule.
• Servicing equipment as necessary to ensure it meets all set specifications.
• Inspecting equipment before and after rental to document any lost or damaged equipment.

Education or Experience

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools is preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
• General mechanical aptitude and safety focus.

Physical Demands

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Working both indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range: $17.75 - 23.72
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Length of Service Awards
