Yard and Duty Assistant - 1.75 hrs/day (Smythe K6)

Monitors cafeteria, playground, drop-off and pick-up zones, and other school site environments to assure the safety and positive behaviors of students, predominantly in an elementary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cafeteria, playground, drop-off and pick-up zones, and other school environments to ensure student safety and positive behavior.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, which may be concurrent with education.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Pay

$17.48 - $23.11 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on relevant experience.

Schedule

• 1.75 hours/day, 5 days/week.
• 182 work days/year.
