This interim/seasonal role supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience while driving profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver emotionally engaging guest interactions by understanding needs, leveraging product knowledge, and making connections.
  • Maximize sales potential through company selling strategies, coaching, and the Guest Sales Leader role.
  • Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program, KPIs, Best Guest communication, and Grass Roots Marketing.
  • Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
• Operational Experience:
  • Assist in analyzing business performance and creating actionable plans for operational execution.
  • Ensure clear team communication for alignment and understanding.
  • Support inventory management and expense control.
  • Incorporate safety and loss prevention into daily activities, adhering to company policies and Code of Ethics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI goals through strategic planning and performance improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.

Pay

The Colorado base pay range for this position is $15.49 to $19.36 per hour, based on prior relevant experience.
