- Operational Experience
- Analyze the business and create clear action plans.
- Identify root causes and create effective action plans.
- Ensure clear and effective team communication.
- Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
- Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures.
- Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solution-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
