We are seeking a dynamic and creative Freelance Videographer/Editor to bring visual stories to life through compelling video content. This role offers the flexibility to work on diverse projects, from conceptualizing and filming to editing and post-production. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, highly skilled with professional video and audio equipment, and proficient in editing software. Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content tailored to project goals and target audiences.
• Operate camera setup and filming equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and sound quality during shoots.
• Record clear audio using microphones and sound recording equipment, managing sound levels for professional quality.
• Edit raw footage using media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to create polished videos.
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
• Manage post-production workflows including audio/video processing, color grading, and adding titles or graphics with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and deliver content on time.
• Maintain organized media libraries and ensure all footage is properly backed up for future use.

Requirements

• Expertise in videography techniques including camera setup, lighting for video production, and filming best practices.
• Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Skilled in media editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the full Adobe Creative Suite for post-production enhancements.
• Knowledge of sound recording for video production, including microphone selection and audio editing techniques.
• Ability to operate various video recording equipment confidently in different environments.
• Experience with motion graphics creation to add engaging visual elements to videos.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling principles that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Technical proficiency in media processing workflows involving color correction, rendering, and exporting high-quality videos.

Pay

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
