About the role
Fedelta Home Care is currently seeking caregivers, HCA’s, and CNA’s for in-home care services in Yacolt, WA. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $23.25 to $24.75 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Stand-by assistance
- Meditation reminders and assistance
- Companionship (playing games, going for walks, engaging in conversation, etc.)
- Light house chores
- Driving to appointments, running errands, etc.
- Showering, bathing, grooming assistance
- Other essential duties as assigned
What you MUST have
- You are a Licensed and Insured Driver willing to transport clients- we reimburse 0.72 cents per mile for all work-related driving!
- Smartphone (iPhone, Android, Googlephone, etc.) for time and attendance software
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to pass criminal background check

Schedule
Currenlty hiring for Day and Swing shifts Monday to Friday availability strongly preferred
PAY/COMPENSATION
Base rate of $23.25 - $24.75 per hour, depending on experience!

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (C-NA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR)
- Minimum of six months industry-related experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, OR REGISTRATIONS
- Current Washington State CNA, HCA, HHA, or NAR credential in good standing is required, or the ability to obtain required certification within the timelines established by Washington State regulations, including Chapter 246-980 WAC for Home Care Aide certification requirements.
- RN Delegation certification is strongly preferred, but not required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have experience with or the technical aptitude to proficiently use health care programs such as WellSky Personal Care
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Occasionally required to climb ladders or steps, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Visual acuity is necessary to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; viewing computer terminal; reading; operation of office equipment; operating a motor vehicle; and determining accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
