Job Description
Engaging Customers
Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
Providing Customer Service
Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
Maintaining Sales Targets
Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
Account Management
Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
Service Requests
Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
Brand Ambassador
Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
Tech Expertise
Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
Sales Product Knowledge
Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
Team Environment
Contribute to a fun and competitive environment! We aim to connect our products and services to our customers’ everyday lifestyles.
Retail Operations
Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
What You Will Need to Have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly
