Responsibilities
- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
- Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Adjusting to a full-time, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (open availability required).
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

Pay
Base Pay: $21.30 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $28.99+ per hour. Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
Schedule
Full-time, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (open availability required).
