About the role

Blufox is a fast-growing branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services with locations in 10 states and expanding. As a preferred branded partner, Blufox has seen extensive growth and is poised to expand its retail footprint to over 150 locations across the US.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and up-sell Xfinity services and products including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop a foundational knowledge of Comcast products and services and utilize sales skills to maximize sales and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and maximize commissions.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers in a constantly changing environment.
• Work well with the team, have relationship management skills, and stay up to date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies.
• Achieve overall performance goals of the organization, including regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, and work nights and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent degree
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in Wireless, Cable, or Retail sales

Skills

• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Ability to recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities
• Knowledge of current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies

Pay

$35,000.00 - $65,000 per year

Schedule

Nights and weekends, variable schedule, and overtime as necessary.
