Xfinity Retail Sales Associate - Concord

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our growing Blufox Mobile team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Comcast XFINITY services including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Xfinity services and products to existing and prospective customers.
• Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities by effectively upselling additional services.
• Create tailored packages that meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and courteous attitude during interactions with customers.
• Stay updated on current and emerging communication and entertainment technologies.
• Work collaboratively with the team and maintain open communication channels.
• Regularly attend to organizational goals and perform tasks within a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in wireless, cable, or retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability with open availability for nights and weekends.

Pay

$35,000.00 - $65,000 per year

Schedule

Nights and weekends, variable schedule, and overtime as necessary.
