Xfinity Retail Sales Associate - Bishops Corner

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our growing Blufox Mobile team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Comcast XFINITY services including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell Xfinity services and products to existing and prospective customers.
• Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities by effectively upselling additional services and explaining new features.
• Execute sales closing techniques to maximize Gross Profit and meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create tailored packages that meet the needs of individual customers.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude during interactions with customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company’s image and public perception.
• Stay updated with current and emerging communication and entertainment technologies for both the company and its competitors.
• Achieve overall organizational performance goals.
• Work well with the team, manage relationships effectively, and provide open feedback.
• Regularly attend work, work nights and weekends as needed, and maintain punctuality.

Requirements

• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability.

Pay

$35,000.00 - $65,000 per year

Schedule

Nights and weekends, variable schedule, and overtime as necessary.
