About the role
Xfinity Field Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home, to individual customers within assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Comcast products and services, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers.
- Evaluates individual customers' needs and makes recommendations, increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and competitive advantages.
- Creates and executes turf management plans, utilizing experience-based sales techniques, operating independently.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market, generating business through approved lead generation methods, and implementing effective sales closing techniques.
- Displays thorough and advanced understanding of video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
- Shows confidence in selling ability, possesses effective communication, organizational, and customer service skills, and illustrates strong technical capability.
- Regularly walks and travels door-to-door for considerable distances in various weather conditions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Relevant work experience of 2-5 years

- Strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing system, databases)

Pay
Base Pay: $55,000.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $80,500.00
Schedule
Variable schedule, including nights and weekends, with occasional overtime.
