About the role
Join Barracuda, a leading cybersecurity company, as an Account Executive - XDR Specialist. This role is part of a strategic team driving the adoption of Barracuda's Managed XDR platform across new and existing partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Partner Development Managers to identify and drive XDR sales opportunities across both new and existing partners & customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them understand the value of Barracuda’s full XDR platform, including Endpoint, Cloud, Email, Network, and Server Monitoring services
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical guidance to partners and prospects to support the sales process
- Develop and execute targeted sales plays and cross-sell campaigns to expand XDR adoption within existing partners
- Manage your monthly pipeline focusing your efforts around the complex and highly competitive opportunities while exceeding your monthly quota
- Track partner engagement, sales progress, and pipeline development, sharing insights and feedback to help continuously improve our approach
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging threats to ensure Barracuda’s XDR platform remains relevant and competitive
Requirements
- 5-8+ years experience in cybersecurity sales or pre-sales, preferably in the managed services or XDR space
- Proven success working with MSPs or channel partners, with strong understanding of the MSP business model and security services landscape
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, channel, product, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cybersecurity solutions across endpoint, email, cloud, and network security is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong preference will be given to candidates located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to align effectively for best cross-functional team collaboration

Pay
The anticipated on target earning (OTE) range for this role is $176,000.00 to $230,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
