About the role
We are seeking adaptable, hands-on professionals to integrate seamlessly into our project teams. While specific duties will vary by role and department (Production, Creative, Strategy, Client Experience), all XDA freelancers are expected to meet the following standards.
Responsibilities
- You take initiative, steer the project when needed, and flag any issues before they have a chance to become an issue.
- You manage your workload and fluidly become a trusted member of the team.
- Develop, track, and rigorously manage all role-specific deliverables.
- This includes the timely communication of any potential issues or roadblocks that may challenge expectations.
- Possess strong problem-solving capabilities, immediately identifying issues and pivoting to solutions to ensure tasks and deliverables are brought to life in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate flexibility by embracing new methods, softwares, processes and environments, serving as an adaptable, self-starting partner who utilizes collaborative technologies efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- You are aware of and comfortable with the physicality of the job.
- You are available to travel.
- A strong background in experiential, activations, and live events is preferred.
- Experience in fabrication, set design, expo, and/or retail is highly valued.
