I can succeed as a Wealth Management Consultant at Capital Group.

  • Manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships and business results with key firms.
  • Lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment, identifying firm and firm representatives' needs and coordinate efforts to serve those needs.
  • Deliver motivational and informative presentations.
  • Motivate by setting goals and measuring your performance against them.
  • Work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunity for better investor outcomes.
  • Territory: Houston.

  • A proven track record in third-party distribution.
  • A broad knowledge of the ETF, Mutual Fund, SMA and CIT business and sales cultures.
  • The demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.
  • A strong partner with your Retirement Plan Wholesaler, asset class, vehicle and practice management specialists to drive results.
  • A proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.
  • Able to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
  • Able to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner.
  • One or more of the following designations: Series 7, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA.

Compensation and Benefits

  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
