Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored financial solutions.
- Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with affluent clients.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver high-quality financial advice.
- Stay motivated by finding innovative solutions and maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Operate in an empowering and accountable environment, learning from mistakes and applying lessons to improve performance.
Requirements
- University degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience
- FINRA registrations: SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
- Licenses and certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards preferred; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - Level I - Chartered Financial Analyst Institute; if not certified, TIAA will cover the cost of obtaining a CFP or CFA and increase base salary upon successful completion
