X-Ray Technician

We are seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technicians to join our team. Role Overview This position involves performing diagnostic radiology procedures, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, developing films, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties. Key Responsibilities Greet and communicate effectively with patients, providing guidance throughout their visitObtain and document vital signs, medical history, allergies, and medicationsAssist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervisionPerform radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and radiation protectionMaintain equipment functionality and report malfunctionsComplete accurate documentation related to patient visitsAdhere to clinical and regulatory procedures and pursue ongoing skills development Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentBLS CertificationAR State X-Ray LicenseARRT Certification preferredMedical Assistant experience is a plus Additional Information: The role may involve full-time or PRN schedules, including rotating shifts and weekends.
