X-Ray Tech - Medical Assistant PRN
Job Summary
Seeking an X-Ray Tech/Medical Assistant who provides expertise and champions patient care. Ideal candidate should have 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting, experience with an EHR system, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Radiological Technologist (RT) or Limited Scope Operator (LSO / LMRT) license in their state of residency.
Qualifications
- Takes vital signs, collects lab specimens, performs EKGs, and administers IM injections.
- Performs all x-ray/imaging services according to provider’s orders and updates patient charts accordingly.
- Collects patient history and documents EHR appropriately.
- Assists with check-in/check-out when needed including auditing charts.
- Maintains records and logs on activities including radiology, in-house lab work, drug screens, and lab work sent out to other labs.
- Keeps patients and visitors informed of clinic progress.

Pay and Schedule
The typical hourly wage range for this role is $26.69 - $38.72. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
