About the role
The Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist will provide oversight for all operations functions in the Wyoming Business Unit, including Facilities, Office Management, Fleet, Safety, and Onboarding. The Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist will promote operational excellence and collaborate with team members to ensure that operational functions and services are delivered effectively.

The Wyoming Operations & Fleet Specialist will work towards meeting the strategic priorities of the Wyoming Business Unit by implementing tactics for approved plans and completing day-to-day tasks and activities. They may be responsible for planning and execution of logistics for special events and/or meetings, purchasing, central filing, mailroom operations, facility management, telecommunications, and/or reception. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience designing, organizing, and directing complex plans and tasks. What You'll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination
- Experience coordinating administrative processes
- Experience generating reports and interpreting data
- Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines
- Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people
- Experience in administration, fleet, and/or facilities management
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated
- Ability to analyze information for the purpose of coordinating and planning activities, and solving problems
- Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results
- Excellent customer service skills and focus
- Experience interpreting guidelines to achieve desired results
- Knowledge of current trends in specific field
- Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
This position requires a valid driver's license and compliance with TNC's Auto Safety Program. Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers." Employment in this position will be contingent upon completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement, which may include a review of the prospective employee's motor vehicle record.
Pay
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $53,000-$57,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
