WW Senior Business Developer, MSP Program

About the role

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced business developer for the AWS Managed Service Provider Program (MSP).

Responsibilities

• End to end ownership of AWS’s MSP programs and value proposition for worldwide MSP partners
• Create programs to support the 4 motions of partner collaboration: Build, GTM, Sell and Grow
• Collaborate with partner management, sales leadership, and technical segment leaders to identify joint goals around sales opportunities, funding, and technical training to benefit partners.
• Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to engage partners and improve operational excellence
• Evaluate, prioritize, and optimize iteratively based on business strategy and customer behavior and needs
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of designation programs and evangelize results to leadership

Requirements

• 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 6+ years of project/program management experience
• 5+ years of enterprise scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects in a related industry experience

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience in negotiating complex agreements with an understanding of legal terminology and reasoning

Skills

• Data-driven, analytical decision maker
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking

Pay

Base salary range: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
