As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all channels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and make recommendations.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Support checkout operations and customer transactions.
• Create positive experiences that encourage repeat business.
• Pick and prepare online pickup orders.
• Assemble local delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipping orders according to company standards.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate order issues promptly to leadership.
• Stock shelves and maintain product presentation.
• Replenish inventory throughout the day.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Support merchandising and promotional displays.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Verify product accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Support inventory organization and backroom standards.
• Help reduce shrink through attention to detail and process compliance.
• Follow all alcohol sales and ID verification requirements.
• Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain workplace safety standards.
• Report safety concerns immediately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

New York, NY Pay Rate: USD $17.25

Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost-of-labor index for that geographic area. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
