WW Business Developer, MSP Program

About the role

AWS is looking for an experienced business developer for the AWS Managed Service Provider Program (MSP). This role has a global responsibility and you will influence and collaborate with a cross section of AWS leaders including solution architects, partner management, sales leadership, and technical segment leaders.

Responsibilities

• End to end ownership of AWS’s MSP programs and value proposition for worldwide MSP partners
• Create programs to support the 4 motions of partner collaboration: Build, GTM, Sell and Grow
• Collaborate with partner management, sales leadership, and technical segment leaders to identify joint goals around sales opportunities, funding, and technical training to benefit partners
• Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to engage partners and improve operational excellence
• Evaluate, prioritize, and optimize iteratively based on business strategy and customer behavior and needs
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of designation programs and evangelize results to leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 4+ years of project/program management experience
• 2+ years of enterprise scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects in a related industry experience

Qualifications

• Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
• Experience scaling a publisher monetization product or service

Skills

• Data-driven, analytical decision making
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $101,600.00 - $177,800.00 USD annually.

Schedule

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
