WS - Welder
Principal Responsibilities
- Cuts and/or joins metal parts to fabricate or repair steel boxes and offices, using tools such as a plasma cutter, welder, torch, chop saw, grinder and other power tools
- Installs doors, locks, and other parts to meet needs of customers
- Maintains records of work completed in order to provide an accounting of activities in on the shop floor
- Maintains inventory of supplies routinely used in the operation of the welding shop by inspecting stock and ordering goods as needed
- Inspects parts and supplies received in order to verify accuracy of invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Education And Qualifications
- 1-2 Years Experience welding
- High School Diploma
- Forklift certification preferred

Base Wage Range: $25.00 - $37.50
Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission.
