Writer / Digital Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as Krishtel's campaign architect and marketing analytics owner. Working under the Marketing Lead's strategic direction and alongside the Marketing Assistant's deployment work, you'll design and execute digital marketing campaigns end to end: email nurture sequences, digital funnels, webinars, paid media, and full-funnel reporting. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys building systems that convert, telling the story behind the data, and owning the full funnel from first click to closed deal.
You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams in a collaborative, kind, and high-accountability environment where people care deeply about both the quality of our work and the way we treat one another. At Krishtel, we partner with many of America's leading law firms and growing companies to build healthier workplaces through coaching, leadership development, and facilitated conversations. We believe culture changes when people learn to communicate with more courage, compassion, and clarity. Behind every campaign, webinar, and nurture sequence is a marketing engine that turns interest into pipeline. That's where you come in.
Responsibilities
- Own Email & Nurture Strategy
- Design and build HubSpot email nurture sequences: map contact journeys, write or brief copy, build workflows, set enrollment triggers
- Write and send all marketing emails from HubSpot, and plan the sequences behind them (nurture, newsletter, webinar, post-event follow-up)
- Work with the sales team to track conversions and improve data sanitation and comprehensive HubSpot records
- Write and plan all copy for external communications
- Draft periodic newsletters and emails, writing original articles as needed
- Write and send post-event follow-up emails
- Write copy for the website, sales enablement and sales collateral: one-pagers, workshop leave-behinds, workshop sales slides, flyers and promotions, and lead magnets
- Plan and Execute Webinars, Social Media calendar, Follow up emails
- Plan and write in advance of webinars: write the promotion email sequence and webinar copy, own the post-webinar analytics
- Plan the content calendar and write, deploy and respond to social media (managing mentions, replies, DMs)
- Write and send post-event follow-up emails for all conferences, events and webinars, based on the marketing strategy
- Own Full-Funnel Analytics & Reporting
- Write copy for digital marketing funnels and lead magnet flows
- Build a monthly dashboard covering social, email, website traffic, MQLEs and pipeline contribution, and write up the story behind the numbers for leadership briefings
- Manage LinkedIn paid media, specifically campaign boosts, and bring experience running targeted organic and paid campaigns
- Drive MQLEs across email, social, webinars, website and lead magnets
- Basic Graphic Design skills to create images for engaging social media posts
Requirements
- Love designing campaigns end to end, from strategy to deployment to the numbers that prove it worked
- Write excellent copy quickly with little to no AI assistance, and brief others clearly when you're not writing it yourself
- Understand data well enough to tell the story behind the numbers, not just report them
- Are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a remote team
- Take ownership. If a funnel is underperforming or a sequence needs rethinking, you notice it, flag it for discussion, and act to improve it
- Proven experience in HubSpot, analytics platforms, and the broader marketing tech stack
- Fluent in Monday.com, Slack, and managing information coming from multiple sources
- Strong in email strategy and funnel architecture
Skills
- HubSpot

- Funnel Design & Conversion Optimization
