Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with database management systems
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
