Wrestling Coach, Volunteer

About the role

The Wrestling Coach at Kempsville High School will be responsible for providing leadership and instruction in wrestling to students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a wrestling program that meets the needs of the student athletes.
• Provide daily instruction and supervision during practice sessions.
• Attend all school functions and events as required.
• Work closely with the Athletic Director and Principal to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in physical education or a related field.
• Experience coaching wrestling at the high school level.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents.
• Knowledge of safe practices and techniques in wrestling.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes.
