About the role
A successful candidate is passionate about combining sales, operations, and clinical care. You will travel daily within assigned geographic areas to establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community, conduct in-services to educate on products and services, and drive sales growth to become the market leader within your territory.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all team members and referral sources, communicating in a professional, educated, accurate, and timely fashion.
- Interface with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff using strong oral and written communication skills.
- Conduct in-services to educate on products and services most appropriate for patients.
- Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts and patients, ensuring up-to-date information for a consistent clinical, operational, and billing cycle.
Requirements
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to understand overall business goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a wound care setting (preferred).
- Willingness to become wound care certified (company will pay for WCC certification).
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
- Moderate to heavy travel required (75% or more).
- Skills in Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency.
Pay
$80,000.00 - $100,000 per year (base salary) with bonus and commission structure.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (no weekends).
- Day shift (standard shift).
License/Certification: LPN/LVN, RN, NP, PA, PT, PTA, OT, OTA, MD, or DO (Required). LPN License or RN (Preferred).
