About the role

NIVA Health’s Mobile Wound Care Division invites established Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with a proven track record in advanced wound care to deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based therapies (including allografting and low‑frequency, non‑contact ultrasound) to patients in their homes and local facilities. The role offers clinical autonomy, leadership and mentoring opportunities, involvement in quality‑improvement initiatives, and the chance to shape best practices across multiple states while serving over 50,000 patients.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement
• Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision‑making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
• Commitment to innovation and quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
