• Take Charge: Deliver comprehensive wound care utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound, directly to patients in their homes and local facilities

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement
• Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
